My fitness routine is usually pretty pathetic… I will occasionally get really amped up on working out and getting in shape, but then lose my drive after a few days. Spending hours on a treadmill has NO appeal to me! Instead, I like to attend fitness classes or play sports. Because I am choosy with the forms of exercise I like, I need to get the biggest return for my effort, so I make sure I drink protein after every workout. Drinking protein after a workout is the best time because your muscles are rebuilding from the effort you’ve exerted, and they need protein to rebuild and strengthen your muscles! I love the packets because I can stow them in my bag and mix up with any water or milk I have on hand. AND they come in chocolate or vanilla to suit your tastes.
All you need is water or milk, a shaker bottle or bottle with a lid to mix it in, and your EAS® 100% Whey Single Serving Packet!
Pour the liquid in the container, and then add the protein! I prefer to shake my protein up because it gets mixed REALLY well with no clumps. AND the chocolate flavor tastes like chocolate milk to me!
Shake shake shake. BUT make sure your lid is on right because you might just start shaking and get a surprise like I did! WHOOPS
