Today I’ve partnered with Neutrogena to bring you a super quick and easy Robber Halloween Costume! Forget going out and buying an uncomfortable mask you know you’ll just take off after 10 minutes, you can be a masked bandit all day with this DIY mask makeup tutorial! Don’t worry about getting that makeup off at the end of the day either, Neutrogena has that covered…
Here are the steps!
Step 1: Makeup Done
Start with your makeup done how you want it, you don’t want to have to mess with you mascara or foundation once you have the “mask” on.
Step 2: Gather Supplies
You need: Black eyeliner, cheap Halloween makeup in black, black beanie, makeup brush (not shown), striped shirt, and to top it off a canvas bag with a dollar sign on it for your “loot” (not shown).
Step 3: Outline!
Outline your “mask” with the eyeliner. Use a Neutrogena towelette if your lines aren’t how you want them and start again. You can really tweak the shape after filling in too, so don’t get too particular about making the shape perfect.
Step 4: Fill In
Use your brush and fill in between the lines you drew. Take your time and if you get outside the lines, clean it up with your Neutrogena towelette.
Step 5: Add Accessories
DONE! Now you’re ready to begin your life of crime. Perfect your “robber” pose.
Oh and don’t worry, removal is a breeze:
The Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes are seriously MAGIC. I was able to wipe off my entire mask with just ONE wipe. Afterwards I used the Neutrogena Ultra-Light Cleansing Oil to remove all of my makeup, even the thick mascara I was wearing!
The Neutrogena towelettes work for any Halloween makeup removal, not to mention I keep them on hand to remove my makeup daily. That is one of my most hated steps before going to bed – gotta take off all my makeup! (I REFUSE to sleep in it.) The towelettes just wipe it all clean and they feel silky, not oily at all.
I hope this helped some of you with your burglar/robber/thief costumes this year!
