It’s amazing how a simple neck scarf can instantly make you feel so…Parisian. An otherwise fairly simple outfit becomes complete! I’m really into the neck scarf thing these days if you can’t tell.
I’m currently doing the Kayla Itsnes BBG Guide and she started everyone over on Day 1 as of Monday, and my legs are DYING. I think I pushed myself too hard on Day 1? If you work out a lot please tell me what to do – do I tone down the workouts so I’m not dead the next 2 days? Or push myself as hard as I can during the workouts? HELP
