Sony SmartWatch 3 Review

I am SUCH a techie when it comes to cool gadgets. As soon as iFit reached out to me about reviewing the Sony SmartWatch 3 I checked for the UPS man every day because I was SO excited to get this watch and test it out! It uses the Android Wear technology but should also be compatible with Apple phones too. (I have an LG G3 Android phone right now and it worked flawlessly.)

I just love the functionality of being able to TALK to it and get things done without looking at my phone. I can say, “Ok Google” and then, “Call Brandon” and it places a call on my phone to my husband! Immensely helpful when I’m driving. It also works with Google Now- so basically I had a flight one day and it popped up on my watch telling me the flight number and the status. WHAT!? Thanks technology. Some other great features:

- Bult in GPS! Track exactly where and how far you went on your run.

- Pedometer. Tracks your steps and logs them in the iFit app.

- iFit App: Tracks your workouts for you! Also logs your nutrition so you can stay on track.

Another cool thing is that you can load your music on it so you can leave your phone at home when you work out! Load your music, track your run, all with the watch and your phone safely at home. SO cool, I’m obsessed.
