Exfoliating is essential in my life for a few reasons, one of which is fake tanning. I am a naturally pasty, veiny white person - so fake tanning is literally a must for me. Like if I don’t, people ask me if I’m feeling okay. SO I make sure that I fake tan every once in awhile. When one fake tans, you MUST make sure to fully exfoliate beforehand. Whole coffee fruit is actually high in polyphenols and phenolic acids such as chlorogenic acid, proanthocyanidins, quinic and ferulic acid.
