Long ago I realized that waxing at home was the way to go. I just decided that it was too time consuming and expensive to try to get to a salon every few weeks for my *much needed* waxing. I’ve tried quite a few products but so far my favorite has been Completely Bare‘s whole line!
The areas I need to routinely wax are my eyebrows and upper lip. I also like to wax any stray hairs on my hands and feet. Why I get like 5 random hairs on the tops of my feet, I don’t know… I also sometimes do my bikini line - don’t be nervous, you can do it!
Step 1: Clean the area to be waxed and comb eyebrow hairs out of the way if needed.
Step 2: Cut Ready, Set, Wax! strips apart as needed. Rub between hands several times, then slowly pull apart the double sided strips. Both sides will have wax ready to use. Press onto desired area in the direction of hair growth. Quickly remove strip in opposite direction of hair growth while holding skin taut.
Step 3: Remove leftover wax with Completely Off Towelette - gently wipe cloth over the freshly waxed area over any remaining wax, then dispose.
When bikini waxing, use the Bikini Bump Blaster Pads after wax to prevent bumps.
In-between waxes use the Completely Bare ‘Don’t Grow There Hair Growth Inhibitor & Body Moisturizer’. It smells really nice and the texture is perfect for an every-day moisturizer. Basically it helps reduce hair density, length, and growth so you can wax less!
I love this line - not just because it is really inexpensive, but it works WELL. Why would I spend $30+ a pop and take time out of my (already way too packed) schedule to go to a salon? I can’t figure out a reason, so I’ll just be over here waxing at home thank you very much.
🙂
What about you, have you ever waxed at home? What is your method?

I use the hair dryer to help stick the wax on my legs. It’s really makes the difference.
I’m really curious about this line! I’ll sure try it! Thanks for sharing!
