I really love the contrast of this casual buffalo plaid top with these sequin leggings. Sometimes sequin leggings can be a bit…much, so I wanted to tone them down and make them just something I could wear out to lunch, and not necessarily to a party! This was a fun weekend for the hubs and I! We took a little day trip to Bear Lake because he really wanted to try to catch some cisco, these small 7″-ish fish that only come to shore once a year and you catch them with a net. We explored the town of Garden City, which looks like it would be SO fun in the summer, but in the winter is pretty dead. I liked that though, there were just a few locals milling around and only a couple restaurants open. We had lunch and shared a raspberry shake and enjoyed our day. Oh and don’t worry, we caught 15 cisco, so it was a successful day too!
