Over the past few weeks I’ve been using the Soma Sole resistance band workout system! When they first contacted me I was SO intrigued… I’ve used resistance bands before – but this is resistance bands on FLEEK. My fitness routine is usually pretty pathetic… I will occasionally get really amped up on working out and getting in shape, but then lose my drive after a few days.
