Today I’ve partnered with American Home™ by Yankee Candle® brand to bring you a simple and easy fall gift tutorial! When the season starts to change I like to take little gifts to my family and friends to get them excited for fall and winter. What more perfect way than with a fall fragrance to fill their home?! These amazing candles are the great quality you expect from Yankee Candle®, but at an inexpensive price point of $14.99 each! Sweet, thoughtful gifts don’t have to be expensive.

Gather your materials!:

• American Home™ by Yankee Candle® in your favorite fragrances. I chose Ginger Pumpkin Pie, Fresh Apple, and Pumpkin Apple Harvest
• Fake leaves
• Rustic string
• Hole punch
• Thick scrapbooking/cardboard paper for tag
• Fall stamp (OR feel free to use a cute printable and make it even more easy! I used a fall stamp to emboss my tags that I attached to the candles.)

Punch a hole in the fake leaves near the end. I also trimmed off the extra “stem” from my leaves.

Punch a hole near the top of your tag. I went above and beyond and used embossing powder to emboss my stamp image onto my craft paper for my tag. Feel free to use any of the cute Pinterest fall printables out there instead and make it easy on yourself!

Gather your string and your hole punched leaves and tag.

Wrap that string around the top as many times as you can, it adds a nice touch! Tie on the tags and leaves with a cute bow and trim excess string.

All done! It only takes a few minutes and now you have a nice gift you can give to family and friends to celebrate the changing seasons. Oh and don’t worry, I kept a few American Home™ by Yankee Candle® brand candles for myself… 😊 I have to have them scattered throughout the house in the fall.
