One of my BIGGEST skincare tips is to always use a facial cleansing brush. You’ll find that it makes all the difference to your skin. I used to be sceptical about it, but once I gave it a go, I realised I should have used a cleansing brush much earlier on. It would have made everything so much easier in terms of my skin. But now that I use something like this, there is no going back. I’ve talked about them many times here on my blog, so you guys should know by now how serious I am about it! I still remember the very first time I used a facial cleansing brush at night - I couldn’t BELIEVE the amount of makeup that came off on the brush after I’d already “washed” my face. Mind blowing you guys! I can’t believe I was letting that sit on my face all night. Ever since that day just about every single night I make sure I use a facial cleansing brush.
Recently I’ve been on a bit of a hunt for a new brush. I have a Clairsonic, and a spinning facial brush I’ve talked about before, but the spinning one broke and the Clairsonic brush head was worn out and I wasn’t keen on paying $40+ for a new one. I thought there had to be another alternative! Luckily I found the Conair True Glow Sonic Facial Brush.
I did a little research and the True Glow brush was tested to provide 30% visible reduction in pore size, 30% reduction of redness, and 98% removal of environmental toxins from the skin. It even comes with TWO brush heads, not just one so I don’t need to worry about replacement for some time. It also has little beeps as you’re using it to tell you to move to another area of skin, for a total of 60 seconds. I love that because I tend to zone out and suddenly I’ve scrubbed my right cheek for the full minute! The True Glow brush is waterproof and has a convenient charging stand, NO batteries. I can’t speak enough to its benefits and features - the True Glow is helping me have a fresh face for spring! I want my skin to be as great as possible as the weather warms up and the outdoor (makeup free) activities start.
Do you use a facial cleansing brush?
