Yep, another Dainty Jewell’s dress for you! You remember my last dress from them here? They’re just SO perfect! Perfectly modest, perfect prints, perfect fabrics… I really can’t ask for more and you guys know dresses are my go-to anymore. This is a new print for summer with pretty poppies all over, I just love it! I’m wearing a small and obviously went for the knee length, but you can also get the maxi length which is so fun that you have that option.
We had a JAM PACKED weekend, not that you can tell from my Instagram! I am so bad at Insta & Insta stories lately because my phone camera lens is scratched, so all my videos/pics are blurry. I’m working on getting it fixed, but the part seems to be impossible to find! And blurry videos drive me absolutely insane, so I’ve totally got out of the habit. Maybe one day I’ll document the fun things we do! 🙂
On Friday night we went to a local rodeo with family and it was lots of fun watching the bucking broncos and gorging ourselves on kettle corn. On Saturday we woke up bright and early for the Blogger Closet Sale in Draper, UT! I loved meeting some of you and getting to see my fellow Utah blogger friends. We’re hoping to have another one in late summer/early fall so I’ll keep you updated! After that we went to Lagoon for the day, it’s a local amusement park here in Utah. Hubs gets super motion sick so we pulled out his arm bands for nausea (found them here), slathered some peppermint essential oil on him (still surprised he let me!) and he eventually took a Dramamine to be safe. But with those precautions in place we got to go on lots of the big rollercoasters and had such a fun day together! We were on the people mover going across the park at night, and a huge fireworks show started out of nowhere! We felt like it was just for us because we had the best possible view of them. It was amazing!
Sunday we had to recuperate a bit from our many activities, but we still managed to get out for a few hours and have a little fire and dinner up a local canyon. It was gorgeous and the perfect weather. As we were eating our hot dogs and baked beans (I didn’t say it was a sophisticated dinner…) I made a comment about how we spend a LOT of time together, but we just love it! We have so much fun together no matter what we’re doing. 🙂
I hope you’re ready for a great weekend!
xoxo
Beautiful pictures! And this dress is perfect for the summer. It’s absolutely gorgeous and I love the print.
