The More Ruffles, The Better

I had these beautiful peonies in my bag when we started to shoot, but I felt like they were maybe too distracting so I took them out for the rest of the photos. I’m so bummed I did though because now that I see them here, I LOVE it!

I was mindlessly cruising through Nordstrom online one day and as soon as I saw this ruffled skirt I STOPPED. Everything about it is so fun! The high waist cinches you in, and balances out the ruffles throughout the skirt. I feel like somehow I prefer more feminine items the older I get! I don’t know what that’s about - but the ruffles are just so pretty to me. The price point is also great because it’s currently 40% off! I guess my procrastination in posting this outfit paid off for you guys. 🙂
